The Pain - Tylenol – Social Marketing Activation Lead (SMAL) – is responsible for translating the brand strategy across owned channels including social media. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating social media strategies, campaigns, and content to effectively communicate the brand strategy and accomplish priority objectives. The SMAL will monitor emerging social media trends and platforms to position Tylenol as a thought leader in pain management solutions and maintain and enhance brand sentiment and engagement across channels. They will develop and optimize multimedia content, leverage data-driven insights for content strategies and optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, regulatory, and agency partners.
