About The Position
This position involves providing quality instruction within the framework established by the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. The role includes implementing strategies, activities, and techniques for promoting student learning based on each student’s prior knowledge, skills, and learning needs. The teacher will demonstrate best practices in assessment to determine next steps, attend and actively engage in meetings and ongoing professional development, and maintain and submit all records in online systems and other communication avenues.
