About The Position

Faraday Future (FF) is seeking a Social Content Production Specialist to join its MarCom & Video Sales team. This role is primarily responsible for day-to-day social content shooting and production, on-site support for small-to-mid size projects, and managing the company's shooting equipment. The position also offers dotted-line support to the Social Operations and Content Commerce teams for specific execution tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, requiring daily in-office presence. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential for this position.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on photography/videography experience, able to independently shoot photo and short-form video content across portrait, product, and event scenarios.
• 1+ years of experience in video production, photography assistance, or social content creation (internship experience counts).
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on operation and basic maintenance skills for camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with content publishing workflows on major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
• Fluency in English and Chinese; able to operate in cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive, robotics, or advanced technology industries.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere / DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with lead tracking (CRM tools) or basic digital marketing exposure.
• Prior hands-on experience as a production assistant / AC.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce social media content, including photo and short-form video assets across portrait, product, and event scenarios.
• Plan and execute small-to-mid size projects end to end — from requirement scoping and scheduling to on-site delivery.
• Support photographers/directors with equipment prep, on-set execution, and footage handoff/archiving.
• Own centralized management of the company's shooting equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio), including check-in/check-out, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Support the Social Operations team with content publishing schedules and tracking/consolidating private-domain (owned-channel) leads.
• Support the Content Commerce team with sales lead tracking and conversion records, and assist with basic digital marketing execution.
• Maintain organized archiving of raw footage and deliverables per company standards.
