Social Content Creator — Make Scroll-Stopping Content
About The Position
Afina is an 8-figure wellness brand and the #1 selling filtered showerhead brand on Amazon. We’re scaling aggressively across DTC, Amazon, Amazon, retail, and subscription — and we’re looking for elite creatives who know how to make ads that convert. Afina is looking for a creative, social-first Content Creator who can make people stop scrolling, keep watching, and take action. You’ll dream up, film, and edit short-form content for organic social and paid ads. We want someone who understands strong hooks, clear CTAs, platform trends, and how to make branded content feel fresh—not like an ad.
Requirements
- Have created organic and paid content for brands
- Understand pacing, retention, storytelling, and conversion
- Are comfortable behind—and ideally in front of—the camera
- Can edit polished, platform-native videos
- Live in or near Austin and can work with us in person
- Take feedback well and move quickly
Nice To Haves
- Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
- Film and edit short-form videos from start to finish
- Turn winning ideas into new variations for testing
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social
