The Center for Recovery and Wellness (CRW) within EA takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness, offering culturally competent, evidence-based programs and services that include residential and outpatient addiction treatment, recovery services, prevention education, and community programming. The Social Care Network Housing Specialist will play a key role in supporting participants by conducting housing assessments, providing case management, assisting with housing applications, and connecting clients with necessary resources.
