The Center for Recovery and Wellness (CRW) within EA takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness, offering culturally competent, evidence-based programs and services. The Social Care Network Housing Specialist will conduct housing assessments, provide case management, assist clients with housing applications and subsidies, and connect them with resources. This role involves establishing linkages with brokers and landlords, utilizing online resources to find apartments, and maintaining participant notes and a database of housing resources.
