Across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and X, Dexerto reaches tens of millions of highly engaged fans daily through original social storytelling, short-form video, reactive content, and creator-led formats. Brands work with Dexerto to tap directly into these audiences through native social integrations, viral content formats, creator collaborations, and culturally relevant campaigns that feel authentic to internet-first communities. As we continue to scale our US commercial team, we are building a new social-first revenue channel focused on selling high-impact brand partnerships across our rapidly growing social ecosystem. Dexerto is hiring a Social Brand Partnerships Manager to drive revenue across our social platforms and creator-led programming in the United States. This role is designed for a true seller and individual contributor with 3–5 years experience in digital media sales, ideally within a social-first publisher, meme network, or youth culture media brand selling social first solutions to brands and agencies. You will be responsible for identifying and closing brand partnerships that leverage Dexerto’s scale across social platforms — packaging native posts, short-form video integrations, branded series, and creator collaborations into compelling programs for brands and agencies. This is a high-energy role for someone who understands how social content travels, what performs on platform, and how brands can authentically integrate into internet culture. You will play a key role in building a new and fast-growing revenue driver for Dexerto, helping position the company as a leading partner for brands looking to activate across gaming culture and social platforms. This position reports into the Global Head of Sales and works closely with creative strategy, social, and content teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in digital media sales or brand partnerships
  • Experience working within a social-first media company, publisher, or agency
  • A strong understanding of social platforms, viral content formats, and internet culture
  • Proven ability to prospect, pitch and close brand partnerships
  • Experience selling native social content and creator-led campaigns
  • Strong relationships with US agencies and brand social teams
  • A highly motivated individual contributor mindset
  • Confidence pitching ideas and building creative campaign narratives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A passion for gaming, entertainment, and digital culture

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue across Dexerto’s TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Facebook and X channels
  • Sell native social integrations, short-form video campaigns, branded content, and creator collaborations
  • Build and convert a pipeline of brand direct and agency opportunities
  • Close social-first partnerships and campaign packages aligned with Dexerto’s audiences and content formats
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop relationships with media agencies, social teams, and brand marketing teams
  • Identify brands looking to reach Gen-Z and millennial audiences through culture-driven content
  • Translate brand objectives into platform-native campaigns that feel authentic on social
  • Package Dexerto’s reach, scale, and audience engagement into compelling sales narratives
  • Understand what drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram and short-form video platforms
  • Collaborate with internal social and creative teams to develop brand-ready content formats
  • Stay ahead of trends, meme culture, creator formats, and platform shifts
  • Identify new opportunities for brands to integrate into Dexerto’s viral and cultural content ecosystem
  • Partner with Creative Strategy, Social, Editorial and Video teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Help shape new social ad products and partnership formats
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to campaign execution
  • Work collaboratively across Dexerto’s US and UK teams
