About The Position

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social & Digital Media Specialist to join our growing agency team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage engaging social media content and digital campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Deep understanding of digital media, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) and basic design software (Canva).
Strong ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and social/digital native dashboards to adjust strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Ability to juggle multiple client accounts, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must live in or be planning on moving to either the Tyler or Shreveport area.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster active, engaged brand communities.
Write compelling, on-brand captions and collaborate with the design team (or use tools like Canva) to create engaging visuals and short-form video.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Adwords, Programmatic Digital platforms).
Oversee ad budgets, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign metrics using native analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
Compile clear, client-friendly reports that highlight KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), campaign successes, and areas for improvement.
Stay ahead of the curve on algorithm updates, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends to keep client strategies innovative.
