Soccer Enrichment Coach
About The Position
Euro School of Tennis is seeking friendly and reliable coaches to teach fun, engaging beginner-level soccer lessons to children in Grades K–3 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Coaches manage groups of 8–10 children, set up equipment, take attendance, keep classes safe and enjoyable, and communicate with parents and school staff. Training, lesson plans, equipment, and coaching support are provided. The role is in person, with a flexible schedule of approximately 2–5 hours per week. Classes are 1–1.5 hours and take place Monday–Friday between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. Coaches may have opportunities to teach other sports and activities, such as tennis, pickleball, yoga, and dance, and potentially grow into a Lead Coach role.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enjoys working with children.
- Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Able to complete required employment screening and documentation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Soccer playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required.
