About The Position

The Soccer Enrichment Coach leads after-school soccer classes for students in grades K–5 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Coaches create a fun, supportive environment where children ages 5–10 can learn and play, using provided lesson plans. Classes include 8–16 students and last 1–1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Coaches work at least two days per week, for a maximum of 2–5 hours weekly, and attend a two-day training session. The role involves transporting and setting up soccer equipment, managing attendance and student sign-in/out, communicating with parents and school staff, providing feedback on student progress, and taking photos during sessions. Reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula is required. Candidates must be local to the US or hold a valid work visa; visa assistance is not provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Passion for working with children and effective classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula.
• Must be local to the US or possess a valid working visa; visa assistance is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in teaching or playing soccer is preferred, but not required.
