About The Position
Challenger Sports is a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game, with over 25 years of experience. They are owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provide a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff. The Academy Coach role involves delivering soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum. This includes coaching daily/weekly sessions for players aged 2-16, using Challenger software for online session plans, and adhering to a schedule while being adaptable to changes due to weather.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Must have experience working with children.
- All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
- The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum.
- Coach daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old).
- Use Challenger software to provide online session plans.
- Follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather.
