About The Position

Challenger Sports is a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game, with over 25 years of experience. They are owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provide a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff. The Academy Coach role involves delivering soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum. This includes coaching weekly sessions for players aged 2-16 on Saturdays, delivering high-quality sessions with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism, and being adaptable to schedule changes due to weather. The role requires following a set schedule and being adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
