About The Position

Join our Summer FC Coaching Team from July to August and inspire the next generation of soccer players! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to ignite a passion for soccer in young players aged 3-8. This role focuses on delivering engaging sessions that emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. We are seeking candidates who can address individual needs and provide tailored coaching to enhance skill development. Responsibilities also include maintaining and transporting equipment. We are also looking for a Team Lead to provide leadership and inspiration for coaches and players, manage coaching shifts, adapt to weather changes, ensure availability Sunday through Thursday evenings, maintain records, oversee program quality and safety, and participate in weekly meetings. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity.

Requirements

Unyielding enthusiasm for soccer.

Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle.
