About The Position

Join our mission to ignite a passion for soccer in young players! The role involves delivering engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Coaches are expected to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment, address individual needs, and offer tailored coaching to enhance skill development. Additionally, coaches maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session. For Team Leads, the role expands to providing leadership and inspiration for both coaches and aspiring players, scheduling and managing coaching shifts, adapting to unpredictable weather by rescheduling when necessary, ensuring consistent availability Sunday through Thursday evenings, maintaining meticulous records of player attendance and coach availability, overseeing program quality and safety, and engaging in weekly meetings to contribute to program enhancements.
