About The Position

Join our Summer FC Coaching Team from July to August and inspire the next generation of soccer players! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to ignite a passion for soccer in young players aged 3-8. The role involves delivering engaging sessions focused on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. Coaches will address individual needs, maintain and transport equipment, and provide tailored coaching to enhance skill development. A Team Lead role is also available, providing leadership and inspiration to coaches and players, scheduling shifts, managing program execution, adapting to weather changes, ensuring availability Sunday through Thursday evenings, maintaining records, overseeing program quality and safety, and participating in weekly meetings.

Requirements

Unyielding enthusiasm for soccer.
Valid vulnerable sector check.
Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities
