About The Position

Join our mission to ignite a passion for soccer in young players! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Summer FC Coaching Team from July to August. This role involves delivering engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The goal is to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual needs and offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development. Responsibilities also include maintaining and transporting equipment to ensure readiness for each session. For those interested in a Team Lead role, responsibilities include inspiring and mentoring fellow coaches, scheduling and managing coaching shifts, adapting to unpredictable weather by rescheduling when necessary, ensuring consistent availability Sunday through Thursday evenings, maintaining meticulous records of player attendance and coach availability, overseeing program quality and safety, and engaging in weekly meetings to contribute to program enhancements.

Requirements
