About The Position
This role supports the North Carolina Benchmarking Project, a collaborative initiative led by the UNC School of Government that enables municipalities to compare performance and improve service delivery. The position focuses on collecting, auditing, and analyzing municipal data across multiple service areas, as well as supporting the development of annual reports and performance strategy sessions. The role also contributes to the ongoing integration of artificial intelligence tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and improve overall project outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in data collection, auditing, and analysis.
- Familiarity with municipal data and service areas.
- Experience in developing reports.
- Experience with performance strategy sessions.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence tools for data enhancement and reporting.
