About The Position

Requirements
- Deep understanding of SOAR architecture, integration patterns, and automation frameworks
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SOAR, security automation, or security operations
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams or automation projects
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management and automation deployment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in large organizations with complex change management processes
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and change management methodologies
- Knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in cybersecurity
- Expertise in Chronicle SOAR and Python scripting
- Awareness of enterprise IT environments and cross-functional collaboration dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (required)
Nice To Haves
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of SOAR automation solutions for cybersecurity operations
- Oversee the full lifecycle of SOAR playbooks, connectors, and jobs, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives
- Champion the adoption and optimization of Chronicle SOAR and CI/CD methodologies
- Drive change management processes across IT and security teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical automation strategies
- Guide and mentor a team of specialists to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in automation implementations
- Promote innovation and efficiency in security operations through strategic automation initiatives
