About The Position

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of SOAR architecture, integration patterns, and automation frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SOAR, security automation, or security operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams or automation projects
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management and automation deployment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in large organizations with complex change management processes
  • Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and change management methodologies
  • Knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in cybersecurity
  • Expertise in Chronicle SOAR and Python scripting
  • Awareness of enterprise IT environments and cross-functional collaboration dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of SOAR automation solutions for cybersecurity operations
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of SOAR playbooks, connectors, and jobs, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives
  • Champion the adoption and optimization of Chronicle SOAR and CI/CD methodologies
  • Drive change management processes across IT and security teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical automation strategies
  • Guide and mentor a team of specialists to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in automation implementations
  • Promote innovation and efficiency in security operations through strategic automation initiatives
