This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of client work while developing your consulting, leadership and sector expertise.

  • Ability to own substantial portions of client engagements and deliver high-quality work with increasing independence.
  • A strong foundation in management or strategy consulting, with experience delivering complex client work.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, compelling client materials.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and a collaborative approach to solving problems.
  • A commitment to developing others and contributing positively to an inclusive, people-first culture.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as engagement needs require.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing analyses, deliverables or significant workstreams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of Baringa’s sectors or capabilities is preferred, but breadth and transferable consulting skills are also valued.

Responsibilities

  • Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery, managing activities, outputs, risks and day-to-day client interactions.
  • Structure complex problems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, business cases, roadmaps, operating models and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate interviews, workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders and Baringa colleagues.
  • Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative delivery environment.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, feedback and on-the-job guidance.
  • Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, capability development and other activities that help grow our US business.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost for employee-only coverage.
  • Company-paid group term life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and travel insurance.
  • Participation in our 401k retirement plan; we contribute 3% of your annual base salary and match up to an additional 2% if you contribute to the plan.
  • Ability to set aside pre-tax dollars toward commuter benefits, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Dep-care FSA.
  • Baringa People Fund – an opportunity for every employee to manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice outside of work.
  • Paid Parental leave of 16 weeks for primary caregivers.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge through a range of learning courses and resources.
  • Five weeks’ annual leave, with an additional two-week recharge after five years.
