About The Position

We are looking for reliable, client-focused, and safety-minded individuals to join our snow removal team. This role ensures safe and accessible properties for our commercial, municipal, and industrial clients in Bergen and Rockland Counties. The ideal candidate is not afraid of long hours and hard work that pays well. As a Snowplow or Wheel Loader Operator, you must be experienced in operating heavy snow equipment, including shoveling, salting, and clearing parking lots, driveways, and walkways. Demonstrated experience in maintaining and inspecting equipment before and after shifts is required. This position requires willingness to work irregular hours, including overnights, nights, weekends, and holidays during active snow events. Requirements

Three years of snow removal and equipment experience.
Experience operating heavy snow equipment.
Ability to shovel, salt, and clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining and inspecting equipment before and after shifts.
Willingness to work irregular hours, overnight, nights, weekends, and holidays during active snow events.
Hold a valid NJ driver's license.
Have a clean driving record.
Be dependable and punctual.
Able to work safely in extreme weather conditions.
Have reliable transportation to and from the business.
