About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake and modern cloud‑based data platforms. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions supporting analytics and reporting use cases.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in Data Warehousing & Analytics
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Matillion, Airflow, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control
• Good understanding of analytics engineering best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in large‑scale enterprise data platforms
• Exposure to advanced Snowflake features and cost optimization strategies
• Prior experience supporting analytics and BI use cases

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
• Work extensively with Snowflake architecture, including: Virtual Warehouses, Micro‑partitions, Clustering, Data Sharing
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines using tools such as: Informatica, Matillion, Apache Airflow or similar frameworks
• Implement and optimize data models (Star and Snowflake schemas).
• Perform performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake
• Integrate Snowflake with cloud storage and services.
• Ensure adherence to data security, role‑based access control (RBAC), and governance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with analytics, reporting, and business teams
