About The Position

The Snowflake CoE Leader is responsible for driving the growth, capability development, and delivery excellence of the Snowflake practice. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical expertise to support sales, guide solution design, oversee project delivery, and strengthen the firm's market presence in Snowflake-based data and analytics transformations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in data/cloud consulting, including 5+ years with Snowflake.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale data modernization programs.
  • Strong client‑facing, pre‑sales, and consulting expertise.
  • Deep Snowflake skills across architecture, optimization, governance, sharing, and cost management.
  • Experience scaling teams and growing practices.
  • Strategic thinking, strong influence leadership, executive presence, innovation mindset, and excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Snowflake certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & GTM Support: Partner with sales teams to build pipeline, lead pre‑sales activities, craft solution designs, and develop reusable Snowflake assets. Collaborate with Snowflake and cloud partners on funding, certifications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Delivery Leadership: Ensure successful delivery of Snowflake projects, act as executive sponsor for key engagements, and guide teams on modern data architectures such as data warehouses, lakehouses, AI/ML pipelines, and DataOps best practices.
  • Practice Development: Build internal Snowflake competency through training and certifications, drive hiring and talent retention, and define the CoE's roadmap and service offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at events, publish industry insights and whitepapers, and lead internal knowledge‑sharing across global CoE communities.
  • Operations & Partner Management: Manage relationships with Snowflake stakeholders, track practice performance metrics, and support strategic planning and investment decisions.
