About The Position

GroundSystems is seeking reliable and dedicated drivers for its Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Cincinnati area. Drivers operate company combo and sidewalk trucks to provide snow and ice removal services throughout the winter season. This is a part-time, temporary opportunity contingent on snowfall. Drivers may use company machines, trucks, or manual methods to apply deicing materials.

Requirements

• Be at least 20 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in winter conditions.
• Understand and speak basic English.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Be available 24/7, including holidays, during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch.

Nice To Haves

• A commercial driver's license (CDL); a CDL is not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned vehicles.
• Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually.
• Maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed.
• Follow company and safety guidelines at every site.
• Use Aspire to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation.
