As the Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Requirements
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prior supervisor experience required
- Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting
- Great customer service and communication skills required
- Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed
- Supervise all Snow Makers
- Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down
- Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation
- Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
