About The Position
A Snow Crew Member is a flexible schedule position, on call as needed. Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings at the Branch, if requested.
- Perform snow removal with a manual shovel.
- Spread salt as requested.
- Remove snow from storefronts using awning rakes.
- Operate small snow blowers.
- Operate walk behind snow sweepers.
- Monitor weather correspondence and be aware of upcoming snow events.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
