About The Position

Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a rockstar Head Cook to lead our Snack Bar crew and keep campers fueled up and smiling. This role involves leading daily snack bar operations, creating menus, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness, handling peak-season rushes, and training staff in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere steps away from the beach.

Requirements

  • ServSafe Food Safety Certified (current certification required)
  • Previous experience as a Head Cook or Kitchen Manager
  • Skilled at managing inventory & controlling food costs
  • Experience developing menus that keep guests coming back
  • Confident enforcing sanitation & food safety standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Natural leader who keeps the team organized and motivated
