About The Position
We’re looking for a rockstar Head Cashier to help lead the charge at one of the busiest (and happiest!) spots in the campground. This isn’t just ringing up burgers and fries — this is leadership at the heart of the action.
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong cash handling background (you’re comfortable with numbers and accountability)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a level head
- Skilled in POS software and technology
- Natural problem-solver with leadership presence
- Friendly, firm, and fair
Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of cashiers with confidence and positivity
- Managing large sums of money and reconciling cash drawers accurately
- Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies
- Handling customer concerns (yes, even the “hangry” ones) with professionalism and calm
- Operating and troubleshooting POS systems like a pro
- Setting the tone for excellent customer service every shift
