About The Position

The Poolside Food Runner plays a key role in creating a seamless,
relaxing member experience. This position supports servers and chefs by
delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining a clean and organized
pool eating area, and ensuring members feel cared for throughout their
visit. It’s a fast-paced, member‑facing role perfect for someone energetic,
attentive, and hospitality‑minded.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Food and Beverage experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to multitask and the desire to work with and learn from an amazing team
• You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 20 pounds, and be available to work weekends and most holidays
• Must work well under pressure, be punctual and professional and be excited to join a team of coworkers dedicated to detail
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual and be a team player
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long period
• Must have a current food handlers' card, or able to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• Deliver orders from the kitchen to member tables rapidly and accurately
• Inform restaurant staff about member feedback or requests (asking for the check etc.)
• Helping servers restock all necessary materials to make it through the day.
• Assist servers by running dishes, restocking supplies, and clearing tables or lounge areas
• Maintain cleanliness of all eating areas, including wiping surfaces, removing used items, and organizing service stations
