About The Position

The Snack Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the snack bar at our prestigious golf course and resort. This role ensures exceptional service, maintains high-quality food and beverage standards, and provides outstanding guest experience in line with our luxury brand. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably in a luxury resort, golf course, or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the snack bar, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Lead, train, and motivate the snack bar team to provide exceptional guest service.
Assist in scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching and feedback to team members.
Ensure staff adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
Take and prepare food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality.
Prepare and serve light snacks, sandwiches, beverages, and other menu items.
Ensure all food and drink items meet quality and presentation standards.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Follow all resort and health department guidelines regarding hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
Restock inventory, including snacks, beverages, and condiments, as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
