About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in various locations within the establishment, including the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie’s Cantina. The attendant must provide excellent customer service, manage transactions accurately, maintain inventory, and adhere to health, safety, and company policies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, and experience in the food industry, preferably fast food. Hotel experience is a plus. The role involves standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and using stairs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie’s Cantina.
  • Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Correctly open and/or close the snack bar according to specified procedures.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service, including taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and bussing tables.
  • Correctly handle all transactions according to specified procedures.
  • Maintain adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Meet health and safety regulations standards.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the food and beverage department and Temecula Creek Inn.
  • Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas.
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid injury.
  • Comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.
