We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Full-Time Quick Service Snack Bar Attendant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent food and beverage knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a food service environment (experience in quick service preferred).
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle member accounts and credit card transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with full availability for a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting supplies when necessary.
• A positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests at the bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Display a thorough understanding of the menu, including food pairings, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with their selections.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Process member accounts and credit card payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless service experience for guests, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Prepare and cook food from the menu for the orders taken.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
