About The Position
Hayward Holdings Inc. Requirements
- Experience with PCBA Process, (i.e. solder paste application, Oven profiling, IPC guidelines, etc.)
- Proficient in SMT assembly equipment programming (Siemens/ASM placement equipment a major plus)
- Experience with and programming of through-hole assembly equipment, wave solder, conformal coat, machine shop experience, also a plus
- MS-Office, CAD/CAM
- Hands-on electro-mechanical skills
- Works well as part of a team
- 10+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing role
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk.
- The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain PCBA process at all points and provide feedback & corrective action
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT and through-hole assembly lines
- Assist manufacturing engineers in identifying and implementing new equipment and locating equipment
- Help develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on production equipment
- Maintain spare parts for critical production equipment
- Assist with the manufacturing of custom equipment and fixtures
- Train colleagues on SMT and PCBA processes and machines as necessary
- Work collaboratively and positively to promote team work throughout the department
- Participate in regular Kaizen events to help improve overall factory performance and fulfill long term strategic goals
- Other duties as assigned
