About The Position
Our Manufacturing Operation has an immediate need for an experienced SMT Machine Operator to join the team. Responsibilities will include setting up and operating the SMT assembly line, as well as conducting PCB inspections.
Requirements
- Experience with Juki, Mirtec (AOI), and MPM machines or other SMT Pick and Place
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with electronic component identification
- Ability to follow the production schedule and all production and safety procedures
- Computer literate
- Ability to read and interpret shop floor paperwork
- Strong leadership quality
- 3-5 years’ experience in SMT
Nice To Haves
- IPC-610 certification
- Some experience in SMT rework soldering
- Some SMT programming
- Basic SMT Equipment Troubleshooting
