About The Position

This is a hands-on role focused on running SMT equipment and ensuring high-quality production. The position is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity located in North Austin (Cameron/Dessau area) on the 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), with a pay rate of $22/hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SMT operating experience
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards
• Ability to identify and place electronic components with blueprints/schematics
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain SMT machines
• Read and interpret build documents, drawings, and BOMs
• Perform manual component placement as needed
• Maintain production quality and follow procedures
• Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
