About The Position

Arden's Garden is looking for part time and full time baristas able to work weekends at our Old National location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences. To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker and have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in sales or in the food industry.
Requirements
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Able to operate a POS system
- Good attention to details
- Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensure Loss Prevention
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with store operations
