About The Position
Arden's Garden is looking for part-time and full-time baristas to join our team at our Old National location in Atlanta, GA. This role involves serving guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, be a great multitasker, and possess excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in sales or the food industry is a plus. We offer a fun, casual, and innovative work environment with a focus on health and wellness.

- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensure Loss Prevention
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with store operations
