About The Position
Arden's Garden is looking for part-time and full-time baristas at our Sandtown location in Atlanta, GA. This role involves serving guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, be a great multitasker, and possess excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in sales or the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensure Loss Prevention
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with store operations
