About The Position

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production at our Macomb, MI facility producing Duke's Meat Snacks. You will join a team of over 50 associates. Shift Hours & Days: 6am-6pm Monday - Friday and at least every other Saturday depending on business need. Location: 23 Mile Rd. and Hayes, Macomb MI Hourly Rate: $19.50 + $0.50 raise after 90 days Benefits start on day one of employment. Pay is weekly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines and production equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations.
• Supply production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Perform product quality checks to help ensure products meet consumer expectations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support production demands and maintain quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
• Support ongoing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and processes as needed.
