About The Position

As a Smile Consultant with Shared Practices Group, you will guide patients through dental implant treatment decisions, often involving cases valued at $30,000–$50,000. This consultative sales role focuses on building trust, explaining treatment plans and financing options, addressing concerns, and converting prospective patients into appointments and sales. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation includes a $55,000–$65,000 base salary with uncapped bonus and commission opportunities; successful consultants typically earn $90,000–$150,000 in total compensation. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience; inside sales, B2C, or high-ticket sales experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and manage a sales pipeline.
Comfort discussing financing, pricing, and payment options.
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Self-motivated, results-driven approach.
Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, dental, or elective procedure sales.
High-ticket sales experience involving sales of $10,000 or more.
Financing or lending experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound and outbound leads.
Build trust with patients and guide them through high-ticket treatment decisions.
Present treatment plans and close sales.
Address patient objections with empathy and clarity.

Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients and re-engage leads to drive appointments and sales.

Collaborate with doctors and operations teams to drive revenue.
