About The Position

Smile Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide hands-on patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. The role supports the doctor during procedures, assists with radiographs and impressions, and prepares operatory equipment. The Dental Assistant helps create a calm and comfortable experience for patients while contributing to a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, and pay is $20–$22 per hour. New hires must pass a full-panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Dental Assisting certificate or experience.
• X-ray certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the doctor chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and assist with impressions.
