About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a SME- Target Analyst to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
  • Experience should include at least 5 years work supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
  • Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP.
  • Expert level research and writing skills.
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
  • Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
  • Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
  • MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
  • Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.

Nice To Haves

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
  • Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed research and analysis of multi-source intelligence data to identify, assess, and prioritize targets. This includes leveraging advanced analytical tools, databases, and methodologies to produce actionable intelligence.
  • Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
  • Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
  • Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports based on targeting analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Reports shall include detailed assessments, supporting data, and actionable recommendations, adhering to established formats and classification guidelines.
