About The Position

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Advanced Computing provides technical expertise and analytical support in advanced computing technologies and emerging computational systems. The role supports technical assessments, strategic analysis, and executive-level communications regarding advanced computing capabilities and applications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in advanced computing systems and technologies.
• Experience with high-performance computing, quantum computing, advanced microelectronics, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing technical and analytical written products for executive audiences.
• Strong research, analytical, and technical communication skills.

• Experience supporting intelligence community, defense, or federal technology initiatives.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• Experience evaluating emerging technology trends and mission impacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in advanced computing technologies and architectures.
• Analyze and assess advanced computing systems and emerging technologies.
• Support evaluations involving high-performance computing, quantum computing, and advanced microelectronics.
• Develop technical reports, white papers, assessments, and executive briefings.
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Support strategic technology planning and innovation initiatives.
