About The Position

We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Development Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve leading SmartCOMM configuration and development, including templates, shared content, XPath, and rules. The lead will drive end-to-end delivery, encompassing design, build, testing, and production readiness. Responsibilities also include performing impact analysis and supporting large-scale template updates, as well as collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of SmartCOMM experience in enterprise CCM
• Strong expertise in templates, rules, XPath & integrations (JSON/XML)
• Experience with CCM migrations & core system integrations
