About The Position
We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Development Lead to join our team on a contract basis.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of SmartCOMM experience in enterprise CCM
- Strong expertise in templates, rules, XPath & integrations (JSON/XML)
- Experience with CCM migrations & core system integrations

Responsibilities
- Lead SmartCOMM configuration & development (templates, shared content, XPath, rules)
- Drive end-to-end delivery – design, build, testing & production readiness
- Perform impact analysis & support large-scale template updates
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams & ensure quality deliverables
