Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6 or more years’ experience delivering complex cross-functional manufacturing or supply chain transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies such as MES, SCADA/DCS, process control, or OT/IT integration.
Practical experience applying data analytics, machine learning or AI to manufacturing problems.
Proven track record delivering projects from business case through to deployment and handover to operations.
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments with quality and compliance interfaces.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Automation or Business.
Experience leading multi-site or global programs with external supplier management.
Knowledge of data integrity, validation practices for regulated environments, and cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with model deployment practices (MLOps) and operationalizing analytics in production.
Background in continuous improvement, Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing.
Strong ability to communicate technical topics in business terms and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead site value identification, prioritize opportunities and create outcome-focused roadmaps for smart manufacturing delivery.
Design and deliver Industry 4.0 solutions end-to-end, including OT/IT integration, manufacturing execution, connected worker and analytics solutions.
Accelerate data to value by improving data access, context and consumption for decision-making and advanced monitoring.
Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams to pilot, scale and embed solutions into standard ways of working.
Define global standards and playbooks for design, validation, data integrity, cybersecurity and supplier delivery.
Track benefits and KPIs, report outcomes and ensure sustained value through handover to operations.
