This position serves as an experienced product manager to lead sales efforts, focusing on the industrial market as we expand our unique services throughout Virginia. The role acts as the technical liaison between Rockwell Automation and EECO, providing technical, marketing, and commercial leadership for sales growth. Responsibilities include supporting the commercial plan for Smart Components businesses and developing a competency plan to ensure support functions (inside/outside sales) are prepared to maximize market share. The position is responsible for driving the business strategy to accelerate growth in Smart Components, including industrial components, motor control, sensors, safety, condition monitoring, and machine-level controls/architectures. The role is accountable for creating and executing plans to exceed growth targets and management objectives, influencing customers on the value of Rockwell Automation solutions, acting as a trusted partner to business units, and coordinating sales teaming efforts to identify and close opportunities. Travel to customers within the assigned geography is required.
