About The Position
Avenues: The World School New York is seeking caring, dependable educators to join our Small World Extended Day Program, to work with our two-year-old students. This is an excellent opportunity for educators, graduate students in early childhood education, or experienced preschool teachers seeking part-time afternoon work. We are hiring educators to provide a warm, engaging after-school experience for our youngest learners in a collaborative, play-based environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a school or licensed early childhood setting is required.
- Candidates must meet New York City Department of Health (DOH) requirements to work in a licensed early childhood program.
- Required DOH training and certifications can be completed remotely prior to the start of employment.
