Small Projects Carpenter
About The Position
STS is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our Small Projects team. STS specializes in restoration, remodeling and new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our Small Projects division mostly deals with short term jobs including water loss restorations, small remodels and miscellaneous repairs. With emergency work and a ton of repeat customers, we are constantly on the move. STS Construction Services has full-time career opportunities as a Small Projects Carpenter. Requirements
- +3 years of experience in carpentry or handyman work
- Restoration or water loss experience is a plus
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Reviewing the schedule to plan the day
- Picking up materials for the jobs of the day
- Meeting with the customer
- Setting up containment and site protection
- Doing carpentry, siding, rot repair, cabinet installation, or other miscellaneous construction work
- Cleaning up for the day or cleaning up to move to the next job
