Requirements
- Previous construction experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- More skills in remodeling trades (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical) are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction and remodeling tasks.
- Work on projects ranging from small patch and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds.
- Focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.
