About The Position

The Small Pack Operator will be responsible for sticking electrodes according to customer specifications, maintaining a safety-first attitude, and learning all procedures within the Small Packaging area. This role involves scanning loads into GAP, performing stretch wrap duties, and operating label applicators. The operator must ensure the workstation is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter and motivated team member.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs. repetitively and do physical labor.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must have a good attitude.
• Perform simple math.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Stick electrodes per customer specifications.
• Maintain a safety-first attitude.
• Learn and perform all procedures and functions in the Small Packaging area.
• Scan loads into GAP properly.
• Perform stretch wrap duties.
• Work with label applicators.
• Keep the operator fully stocked on all supplies.
