We are hiring SMB Account Executives to own our high-velocity outbound motion across small EMS agencies. This is a hands-on role for ambitious closers who want to move fast, learn from real customer conversations, and earn meaningful commission while building a track record. If you have 2 to 4 years in B2B sales, are hungry to close, and want a clear path from SMB to Mid-Market and Enterprise, we want to hear from you. Handtevy is a healthcare technology company headquartered in South Florida. 3,000 EMS agencies and 200,000 clinicians rely on the Handtevy platform to deliver safer, faster, and more consistent care. You will own a portfolio of small EMS agencies and standalone hospitals across a defined geographic territory. Sales cycles run 30 to 60 days. You will close 50 to 60 net-new accounts per year and report to the Director of Sales. This is a high-activity role. You will run your own outbound motion: cold calls, personalized email sequences, social outreach, and conference follow-up. You will run your own discovery, demos, and negotiations. We provide the leads, tools, and coaching. You bring activity and ownership.
